Nanaimo Regional General Hospital in regards to using our ![]()
We have been using the tuggers at NROH for the pulling of our linen totes ( both soiled and clean). Staff then inquired if they could use them for the pulling of the large linen supply carts. We had hitches installed on our linen supply carts and staff use them all the time for the moving of these carts. Weare now looking forward to having hitches put on the food service carts to move them as well. As a supervisor the risk of injury has been substantially reduced since using these tuggers. We would not be without them!!
Linda Fearn E.S.S. Supervisor, Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.

I find the carts easier to move using the tugger as opposed to moving them manually.

Randy, Here are some pics of my current farm cleaning project. Last winter's storms brought down quite a few limbs and small trees. My standard sideboards are the 2x10s into the stake pockets. The side and rear rack you built for me made the full height plywood box a simple and stable adaptation. The dirty truck isn't too "spiffy" for web sites, but my gravel road living makes clean anything a very short term proposition. You are more than welcome to use these photos for promotion if you wish. I'd even wash the rig and shoot some more if you want. Have you decided what choices I may have on "gearing down" the bed ram? Thanks, Dave

Hi Randy, Thought I would take a moment to give you some feedback on the Mighty-E Truck to date. So far the Village crews are very happy with the performance of the vehicle and the run-time of the batteries. We had a pretty good chance to test the unit this past winter in fairly substantial snow conditions which we have not seen in the valley for a few years. For outdoor sports enthusiasts, it was great to see. The truck seemed to handle the snowy conditions very well and the batteries lasted for a full eight + hour shift, something our last electric vehicle could not do. We are very pleased with this product and the service we have received from Canadian Electric Vehicles. It makes our jobs that much easier. Thanks again for all the customer support your company provides.
Thank you

Customer Joanna Zilsel in regards to using her S10 Conversion
It’s been just over one month since my uncle and I bought the 1993 Chevy S10 pick up, and we both love driving it! Living on the Sunshine Coast, we have many hills to negotiate, and the truck’s performance on them (and in general) surpasses our expectations. We estimate our range to be between 60 and 80 km--depending on hills and load--and we easily cruise at a comfortable 80 kmph on the highway (less going up a steep grade). Plugging in at the end of the day is a piece of cake. We just purchased a clamp-on amp meter to determine how much power we use when re-charging: it’s still too early to have an exact figure, but it looks like it will be less than 2 cents/kilometer. And I can’t tell you how great it feels to drive right past those gas stations! The truck may not be sleek or ‘sexy’, but I wouldn’t want it any other way. I love the fact that it’s a conversion, and feel proud to be able to show people that affordable, zero emissions vehicles can be on the road today. There is only down side to driving the truck: errands that would normally take me 20 minutes often end up taking several hours due to the crowds that invariably gather around, wanting to see under the hood and peppering me with enthusiastic questions!

I just thought that you might like to see a couple of pictures of my 1991 Dakota EV pickup.
